Inspired by Cycladic architecture, the holiday residence is developed on an almost secluded location to the west of Mykonos, with unlimited view of the Aegean and the port along with the northern pristine hillside of the property.

In the Paradisia area, the unique location with the natural plateaus and the sea view, determined both the form and layout of the buildings. The main volume of the residence and the outdoor pool are developed on the upper natural plateau from the approximately 7,500 sq.m. landed property.

The residence was designed with the aim of being able to host from 12 to 14 people. The aim was a spacious and functional summer house, with comfortable areas for day and night. The night areas consisting of six rooms, one out of six is master with a private dressing room and bathroom while two -hostel type- in terms of hosting friends and family, with privacy and independence. The outdoor gathering and relaxation areas that surround the residence protect the pool from the northern winds while strengthening the connection between of the exterior spaces and the residence.
Thus, the ideal Greek summer, natural landscape and magnificent view, becomes a reality for its visitors.

The composition is based on the creation of a Mykonian band composed of white and stone volumes, harmoniously placed in the natural environment, joining each other with paths, platforms and stone walls.

The residence is placed on the upper part of the plot, creating indoor and outdoor spaces revealing a beautiful view towards the Aegean, framed by Mediterranean vegetation.
Access takes place on the upper platform, where the common areas are organized, clearly separated from private areas.

Continuing the route along the residence and descending to a lower plateau, at the rear of the main building there is an array of protected parking spaces with an underground garage along with a plowed helipad area. The traditional architecture with modern elements and wooden furniture blend both to the exterior and interior spaces.

The building’s harmonious relationship with the natural landscape, the division of the whole into volumes and levels, the stonework from local natural stone, combined with white plaster and small openings all elements of the traditional architecture of the Cyclades, acquire their own essence in this relaxing and idyllic setting. Τhe house is equipped with remote modern in-house order management systems. It has state-of-the-art cooling and heating production through a pump machine heat as well as an intelligent automatic watering system for the surrounding areas.
